The Celtics lost 109-127 to the Phoenix Suns, dropping them back below the five-win mark.

LeBron James was held to just 10 points. It was his lowest scoring output in 36 games this season.

“Defense was the problem,” James said after the game.

Anthony Davis, who also struggled with 13 points, pointed to the defense, saying, “Every team shoots the ball well against us.”
