MEN’S HANDBALL DEFEATS INDIA TO MAKE IT THREE IN A ROW IN PARIS OLYMPICS ASIAN QUALIFIERS

The Korean men’s handball team has won its third straight match at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games Asia Qualifier with a convincing victory over India .Led by head coach Hollando Freitas (Portugal), the men’s handball team cruised to a 46-19 victory over India in the third match of Group A of the tournament on Nov. 21 in Doha, Qatar .Riding a three-game winning streak, South Korea will take on Asian giants Qatar in the fourth match at 1 a.m. local time on Nov. 23.

With Qatar also undefeated in qualifying, the match will likely decide the group’s top spot, and South Korea looked set for victory early on as they finished the first half with a 28-9 lead. The 11-nation Asian qualifiers are divided into two groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to a best-of-four tournament .The winner will advance directly to the Olympic Games, while the runner-up will qualify for the World Qualifier next March.

South Korea is competing against Qatar, China, India, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the group stage. South Korea hasn’t qualified 스포츠토토존 for the Olympic Games since London 2012.
